Mandatory clause — Body Corrosion Protection

The proposed vehicle shall incorporate a comprehensive corrosion-protection system suitable for long-term operation in Qatar and GCC environmental conditions, including high temperature, humidity, dust and saline coastal exposure. Preference will be given to full-body cathodic electrophoretic coating systems with documented multi-stage pretreatment, phosphating, cavity protection, underbody protection and independently documented corrosion testing.

Bidders must provide objective test evidence and warranty documentation.
